Refund policy
Irboom provides consumers with a return service, which is a very important part of our after-sales service. If you experience product quality issues, you can initiate a return within 15 days of receiving the item.
Our return policy:
We will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged. Once Irboom confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded.
How to return an item?
You can start a return by sending an email to us at help@irboom.com and explain the situation. Usually within 3 working days, we will reply to your message. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions.
If the Product arrived damaged (“Damaged Product”), Irboom will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once Irboom confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
Return Procedures: All returns must be made within 15 days after the Product delivery date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.We do not accept any Product exchanges.
